Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, and promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of FedEx Corporate Services, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), Signature Advertising, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws. Eligible persons who participate in the Sweepstakes will be referred to as "Participant", "you" or "your" in these Rules.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes: Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 9, 2012, through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 25, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"), eligible Participants can visit fedex.com/connectnow ("Site") and do one of the following: 1) As a Facebook user, they can log into Facebook® and allow access to display the locations of their Facebook friends in the United States on a map. If a Participant is already logged into Facebook when visiting the Site, he/she will need to allow access before seeing the map with Facebook friends' United States locations. 2) Participant may click on the "Enter your friend's location" link to individually plot their friends' locations in United States on a map provided. For either option, once the map is visible with friends' locations, the Participant may click "ENTER NOW" and enter his/her first and last name, email address, and daytime and evening phone number and click "REGISTER" and he/she will receive one (1) entry into that week's (as defined below) and all subsequent weeks', if any, weekly random drawing(s) and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" is defined as beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET each Saturday and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET each Friday, with the exception of the first week, which will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on Monday and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Friday. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period (from April 13, 2012 through May 25, 2012), to be eligible for that week's weekly random drawing, all subsequent weekly drawings, if any and the Grand Prize drawing.

If you are one of the first one thousand eight hundred (1,800) Participants to register and receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, you will be eligible to receive ten (10) free music downloads from eMusic.com ("Registration Prize"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) Registration Prize per person/email address.

Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Limit fifty (50) total entries per participant during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prizes, and Estimated Retail Values ("ERV"): Grand Prize (1): Winner's choice of one (1) of the following four (4) vacation prizes (which may not to be used during the Christmas and New Year's holiday weeks):

Weekly First Prizes (7 - 1 per week): One (1) Kindle Fire e-reader. The ERV of each Kindle Fire is $200.

Weekly Second Prizes (7 - 1 per week): One (1) Duffel Bag. The ERV of each Duffel Bag is $50.

Registration Prize (1,800): Ten (10) music downloads from eMusic.com. The ERV of each Registration Prize is $8.90.

Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person/email address. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and his/her three (3) guests to/from major airport nearest winner's residence to selected destination/point of debarkation, hotel accommodations (where applicable; two rooms, based on double occupancy; room and tax only) and $1,200, awarded in the form of a check, for the Grand Prize winner only. Actual retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize may vary due to location of winner's residence, and fares and accommodation rates at time of travel. In the event Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of his/her selected Grand Prize location, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. To redeem eMusic.com music download, winners must redeem eMusic MP3 codes and receive a $8.90 balance in their eMusic music account. eMusic MP3 codes are redeemable only in the USA eMusic online store. Must be at least 18 years old to redeem. Expiration date will apply to eMusic download codes - web confirmation, confirmation email or download card will contain the code's redemption expiration date. Once redeemed, winner will have seven (7) days to use the balance in his/her eMusic music account, unless winner wins during the last week, since music codes must be redeemed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 27, 2012. Random Drawings and Registration Prize Winner Determination: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 29, 2012, from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. The Weekly winners will be selected in separate random drawings the following Monday or Tuesday (if a Monday holiday) (from April 16, 2012 through May 29, 2012) from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received by the end of each week. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received by the end of each week. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone/FedEx. If you are one of the first 1,800 Participants to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, you will be eligible to receive a Registration Prize. Odds of winning a Registration Prize depend on the time/date an eligible Participant enters and the total number of eligible entries received. All Registration Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Registration Prize winners will be sent their prizes within 6-8 weeks after determination is complete. All Prize Winner determinations will be made by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the winner determination.

General Rules: FedEx reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. No substitution or transfer of prize by entrant is permitted. Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner, if applicable. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return via pre-paid FedEx® shipment and/or email, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of attempted notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The Affidavit package will be sent via FedEx with a pre-paid FedEx return envelope and/or email. Grand Prize winner and guests may be required to submit to a background check at Sponsor's discretion. Return of Grand Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. Return of Registration Prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together and must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Grand Prize winner's guests [or parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if guest(s) is (are) a minor(s)] may be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Certain restrictions apply and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize trip must be taken within one (1) year of prize award, or prize will be forfeited. In the event any portion of a Grand Prize trip is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. FedEx and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions; telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to participate, or whether caused by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. FedEx reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if it is technically corrupted in any way, at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, all prizes scheduled to be awarded prior to the date of cancellation will be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners' names for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. FedEx and its parent company and their affiliates, Facebook, their agencies and each of their officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize that is awarded and assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Administrator/Sponsor.

Data Protection/Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the online Privacy Policy posted on fedex.com/us/privacypolicy.html and applicable data protection laws. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
